What do you get if you bring together National Name Your Car Day and the fact that most Mini owners name their car? A great social and CRM idea that went crazy to the point we had to stop the activity because too many people applied.

This was a example of how I grew business with a proactive idea and that provided MINI with deeper knowledge of their customer base.
